The client wanted a headmaster for a Black Zarak that was just more then a mini figure the fit in a helmet. They are having someone else repaint a junker Scorponok into Black Zarak and I got to do the Headmaster He wanted the whole head to be the headmaster. So taking what thyvipera did and adding a different spin I came up with this custom. I also came up with a way to give it an actual head for the scorpion mode as well. The head per the clients request just snaps in place like the original headmaster did. The horns can be close combat weapons for Black Zarak when he is in robot mode. To make it all work I had to add a hinge joint to Black Zarak's waist area. I also added some thickness to the horns. The ridges on top I turned into one big ridge. and added the top curve horn.

Sorry some of the pics are dark. I am still real ill and I forgot to use the flash in all of them between shots. I also did not set the top of the helmet on evenly. you should see very little black in head mode.
And yes i know he kinda looks like a guy wearing a helmet over a helmet.
