Nice review, but shouldn't this be in the reviews section?

I don't know about viagra. It sounds to me like he suffers from premature ejaculation.
Frankly I'm amazed it's taken so long for these figures to come out. There's naff-all to them.

Pity you didn't have a Blurr (or Drift) to use him with. Individually, he's a nice figure, but his interactivity with Blurr really sucks! (Shameless self promotion: you can check out my own thoughts on all four of these figures by clicking here. I do examine their interactivity with the official Hasbro figures they are intended to be partnered with.)
That aside, as usual a nice review! You do tend to be one of my top three favorite video reviewers (along with Peaugh and Emgo.)
Likely he did this for the same reason I no longer post threads about third party figures in the review section... that being that Seibertron.com became very adamant about its desire to be only about Hasbro or Takara product, and I don't want to risk the ire of those in charge.

I actually just finished reading your review and i must say, very well done. I do agree with you on every point you bring up, i think my lack of putting him with a generations Blurr mold or Blurr from G1 made me enjoy him more. As you point out, he doesn't work very well with Blurr and that's very unfortunate. For me, i'm perhaps more forgiving because i don't have any real attachment to targetmasters, so for me, Minute-Bot is kind of interchangeable and can be with anyone i guess. For me personally, that holds appeal.
I do want to thank you for the compliment on my review. I'm very grateful

As far as the review not being in the video review section. The site owner told me that 3rd party reviews should go here in the 3rd party forum. Hopefully at some point, they make a 3rd party review section. Dedicated to reviews of those themselves to help de-clutter things.

You're welcome, and thank you for your kind words as well. Means a lot to me for someone I see as one of the pros of Transformers reviewing (where as I still feel a bit like an amateur in the field) to say such a thing.
I agree it would be nice to have a separate section for third party stuff... It might be too specialized to have a "Third Party Review" section (not that I'd complain if it happened) but I'd at least like to see third party separated from knock-offs, as in my mind (and, I should think, the minds of many others) there is a definite and important difference between the two. But I suspect things shall stay as they are...
That's all me getting off on a bit of a tangent, however. So yeah... How about those MasterShooter Targetmasters!

I think the intent is to just put reviews in the thread relevant to the particular product. We can always link to it in the news thread. Or maybe a stickied review thread with links to the product threads? Just throwing out ideas here.

I was content with United Haywire until I saw that Haywire can fit in Blurr's alternate mode in Yot's review. Damnit....

Did you try clipping Haywire onto the front edge of Blurr's fist using the 3mm clip as MSC showed on the facebook page? It holds on pretty good. I held the toy upside down and shook it and was able to shake it off, but the guns fell out of his holsters first, so it holds on better than those. Though personally, I just flip the fist upside down. It's not like you can really tell with that big ole gun on top of it. The view is obstructed.

I did not try clipping Haywire to Blurr's fist. As one of the last (if not the last) people in the world without a Facebook account, I would not have seen the picture of which you've spoken.
I did acknowledge the upside down fist option in my review, but dislike it as a possible solution. I know the fist would be difficult to see. It would certainly be harder to see then the upside down fist on my Classic Megatron (What can I say? I think he looks better holding his fusion cannon over his arm rather then underslung.)
But you know what? Even aware of these options, I dislike them. Why? Because I should not have to use them. Haywire has a 5mm peg. Blurr's hands have 5mm holes. Haywire (or, if one wants to be technical, Minute-Bot) was designed to be Blurr's targetmaster partner. It isn't like MasterShooter didn't have access to a Blurr. Surely, during the design phase, someone could have tried sticking it in Blurr's hand and seeing if it fit okay. They couldn't be bothered with fixing something that obvious, I can't be bothered to cut them slack on not fixing it.

I don't see what everybody is making such a big fuss about. Sure Mastershooters should have gotten it right, but I don't have a complex that stops me from modifying the figure to get what I want out of it. If the peg fits too loose, cut a small piece of tape and wrap it around the peg for extra thickness, Problem solved.
