Fast processing and shipping, and you have to pay the full amount when you pre-order. Free shipping once you hit $125, and they even started a "combiner" feature which would hold onto your orders until you reach that mark (like PoL).
I've ordered a few times from them before and haven't had any problems.

I've pre-ordered Toyworlds Optimus Prime and purchased a KO Punch/Counterpunch. P/CP shipped very quickly and the costs were very reasonable. Happy with them so far.

I've never preorder anything with them but everything ships pretty quickly and shipping is reasonable. I never usually find any deals there though everything is priced at market value (what you expect to pay anywhere else) Only thing is sometimes they have some stuff that other online retailers won't carry or sold out quickly.

I've never preordered from them, but I did get the Dr. Wu's TF Prime Optimus head replacement, as well as the KODX Classics Optimus knock-off.
I screwed up the Optimus head, and they sent out a replacement post-haste. The KODX Optimus arrived in a matter of days.
They're fast with great service.
