MP-4S Convoy Sleep Mode 2 Right Hands defect

Hi everyone,

I am from Singapore. I got MP-4S Convoy Sleep mode. However, it comes with 2 Right hands instead of 1 left and 1 right. I wonder if anyone could help me out here? Or is there any available re-cast of the hands?
