Hi Everyone. Im still new here and havent posted much yet. I am curious on who this figure is and what Toy line he is from. he is about 13" tall. turn into a dragon type thing and also a vehicle.
I think I have most or all his accessories. and the little white thing has a button and makes some sort of sound but batteries are dead at the moment. If anyone knows anything about him. It would be appreciated.

There is nothing on the figure. a couple numbers under his feet flaps and some on the battery pack thing.
Left leg is (057 L). then on the flap (021-1)
Right leg is (090 R) then on the flap (021-2)
On the back compartment on the figure (690)
on thr battery pack thing (AG13/LR44) under that says (2X1.5V/SR44)
On the last separate Gray piece it's either (090) or (060)
