They really do bear an uncanny resemblance to Rumble and Frenzy, especially Jackhammer.Since Rumble and Frenzy never showed up in the Unicron Trilogy material, my take is that these guys are this universe's equivalent of them, just as it has its own Prime, Megatron, Starscream etc. This pair just never hooked up with Megatron back in the day.
