I was watching the Ben 10 a-thon today on cartoon network and noticed two things. When they showed a episode with ghostfreak in it, it sounded like starscream's voice. Another thing was that the anouncer for the whole marathon sounded a lot like Peter Cullen. I know alot of you probably don't watch cartoon network but for those of you that do please tell me.

I do but you know only because my nephew you know thats all really. But I know what you me about him sounding like Cullen and the weird thing is he'll probably say TF animated which is pretty ironic. Oh and have you notice that in the commercial for the Ben 10 movie they use the words more than meets the eye and transform?
Want List:Armada Skywarp, Cybertron Thunderblast, Energon Dreadwing or Mirage.

Peter Cullen has done a lot of work as an anouncer for the cartoon network so it may have been him.
Now for the voice that sounded like Starscreams I have a question.Did it sound like G1 Starscream of from the Armada,Energon & Cybertron shows???
The reason I ask is that Chris Latta...the guy who did the voice of G1 Starscream [and the first Mr. Burn] died in 1994 so it couldnt have been him.

Like G1, but since you said he's dead I guess it wasnn't him. Although it could be Tom Kenny's voice because he does voice him in animated

According to Wikipedia, Ghostfreak is voiced by Steven Blum, who, according to the TF wiki, voices Dark Scream, Fortress Maximus, and W.A.R.S. Does that help?
The only other Ben 10 actor I recognize off-hand as also having been a TF actor is Paul Eiding.
(Well, OK, Rob Paulsen did a couple guest shots, but then, Paulsen's the Kevin Bacon of voice acting.)
