Okay, saw both clips. Here's my two cents.
Beast Wars Second:
* The sound was kinda bad in places. It made my ears hurt a bit.
* The picture kept lagging in the DVD intro
* Pretty good menus. Plain and simple is good.
* The fandubs are just hilariously tacky.
* Moon said, "Muu." What? He's supposed to say, "Moon" ("Mūn").
Beast Wars Neo:
* The sound was just awful everywhere, except the menus.
* Again the DVD intro's video was continuosly lagging.
* Menus are nice too. Though isn't the BGM used here from BWII?
* These dubs are even worse than the others.
* Nice commercial though. Very cool.
About both:
What up with the DVD menu intros? Not only are they extremely long, but why have them in the first place? Most DVDs don't have intros for menus. And those that do certainly don't have them last for more that a few short seconds.
Overall: *sigh* Well, at least the picture quality is better than Ctenosaur's BWII and Neo subs.

Well I like what I see what I see so far, still the sound is quite bad and needs to be improved badly. It is nice that you put the TFcog fandub on the dvd though. Oh, Try getting some audio commentry on an ep why dont you as another great extra.
