Descent Into Evil Comic questions

I just picked this up off of Ebay. Can anyone give me any background on it in terms of WHAT it is, when/where it takes place, and other storyline info? The Botcon Timelines comics are great at filling in unanswered questions and plot points from the various series'.

i beleive this takes place after the 'Wreckers' story line
prior to the BW Timelines
