Couple of things:
1. Lots of designers that have been ripped off from 3d print files still have cults, thingiverse, hubs, or patreons that could be donated to if you like their models. Like https://cults3d.com/en/users/jesslynmakesrobots made the rotorstorm and crosshairs upgrades that everyone loves. For other people like printformers or funbie just giving them a shout-out would probably be good.
2. Yeah, a five man band is kind of a toku trope, but it gets used throughout just about any action/adventure series, East or West. Transformers has a long history of the 5 man band with beast wars (even getting the 6th ranger trope with tigatron), beast machines, animated, prime, and rid15. I can't remember for rid01 or any of the unicorn trilogy how close they get. There is even a five-man-band band trope, so I would have laughed about a picking lead singers and drummers.

Prime, Red Alert, Hotshot, Smokescreen, Scavenger
Megatron, Demolisher, Starscream, Cyclonus, Tidal Wave- then add in the rando swaps/"guests"

So this isn't the same type of digger I was talking about in my question, but still pretty cool. We don't get enough cool construction robots in general and most of them can't even simulate the functions of their vehicles modes anyway.

TF vs Visionaries should never be mentioned again, though that podcast episode was hilarious to listen to, even as I was equally pissed off.

Of the original Big Convoy repaints, I have the OG toy, Anime, Ultra Mammoth, Nemesis Prime, and Black Big Convoy. Only version I don't have is Big Blue, and he is expensive.

Beast Wars Dinobot's death still goes down as one of the all time greatest.

Armada Starscream is another great one, nice pull Scotty.

I am still very sad over Prime Dreadwing's death, even if it was a good job of doing it.

Scotty talking about a blocky lion alt for an autobot leader, what about Shield-D-Prime for a template?

Apparently, Scotty needs to send the agenda earlier, or with a high importance flag...

Scotty, how are the legs on your world dragnus? I have heard that his legs like to fall off and the joints are too strong.

I really wish you guys talked about the comics more. They're the only story content we're getting that isn't a throw away children's cartoon. Even if you're just complaining it'd be better than not covering them. If you left during DWJ, Kirkman has completely turned it around.

As someone who loved the DWJ run, the Kirkman run through 30 didn't really help anything out, though I think that starting with 31, we are starting to get back on track.
