Hey all,

Ive just landed(bout 48 hours ago) in the lovely country of singapore from the uk to start my next year of my career and have so far found two toys r us over here with tfs that are a hell of a lot cheaper than the uk not to mention a lot more variety to them, but have yet to find any comic shops..granted ive not even googled it yet as you end up with some much random crap...

Just curious if there is anyone on the boards from singapore who cant point me in the right direction.....i know someone pm me a few weeks ago but i lost all my messages in the big blitz so have no idea who it was lol

So far this place beats the arse of britain in sooo many ways...best of all no chavs..rock on..

It was a few years ago so I can't remember where the good stores were (sorry) but I've been to Singapore too, wonderful place isn't it? Would love to go back one day.

Any would be good, im currently staying next to mount elizabeth link hospital off orchard road for two months courtesy of work until i get my own place and work colleagues are staying at the treetops at the other end of the road so ive got my bearings a little in the centre...not ventured out much beyond that so far.

Ok. Orchard Road, you could find comics at Borders Bookshop, at some shops at Far East Plaza. Within Popular Bookshop at Orchard MRT station. Kinokuniya Bookshop at Nee Ann City. I would frequent Comics Mart for my comics collection. The main shop at serene centre allow you to browse the comics. If you could take the MRT to Bugis station, the Bugis Mall next to it have Absolute Comics, as good as Comics mart. These 2 are 100% comic shops.
