Who's Afterburner? That thing underneath Bulkhead is just part of his Powerlink gimic. It's not a seperate character.

You do realize the whole Blackout-connect-to-Scorpie thing is just another gimmick, probably added in in the absolute last minuet before production...

"Waaaait.... Here's an idea!!! Lets have the two clip together!"

I sincerely doubt this Bulkhead dude was the influence for Blackout & Scorpinok.

If they made it look similar to that design, Fans would complain & petition for it to become Springer. Which could be cool :D

I really think that if that figure had a 3rd (car) mode it would be Springer.
