Is There/What Is..The BK Coupon?

I remember somewhere it was mentioned that the Burger King ROTF toys have a coupon with them, and since this weekend I plan to get the ROTF Leader Prime and would like to save some money if possible (those who live in Chicago know what I'm talking about with our high sales-tax).
Does anyone know what the coupon is for? Like a particular store, how much off or anything?
