Delta 4 Rocket Team Sports a Familiar Mission Patch

Weapon: Gattling Gun

Check out the mission patch for the recently launched United Launch Alliance Delta 4 rocket. The rocket launched early this morning from Cape Canaveral, and delivered a GPS IFF-2 satellite to orbit for the Air Force. Looks like someone on the team was Transformers fan!

Huh, if I had known this was news worthy, I would have shared it days ago. My wife has had the Air Force Coin of this design for over a week.

Incidentally, there are a lot of nerds in Space Command and I heard that, yes, there were a few TF fans in the design group.
