Gears of War2 Question

- Weapon: Spinning Augers
IN waiting for WFC, is it worth picking up and playing through GoW2? Is it more fun to play through as opposed to your run-of-the-mill FPS?

Holy crap this game is awesome. I think this is the best game i've played since I can remember. If you haven't played this game and pondered playing it to get a feel for the new TFers game, yeah, they're going to be completely different, but man...this game is just pure awesome in a multitude of ways.
