PS3 Reflow or Reballing. YLOD Fix

My PS3 has been acting up for awhile. It will play for about 30 mins then the video freezes. I've been checking on reflow and reballing services across the web, and I have one within driving distance. Has anyone used any of these services and could possibly recommend one?
