Anyone have extra Alt Prime tires?

I'm gonna try contacting Hasbro next, but I thought I'd see if anyone here could help. I just got my Nemesis Prime figure from a fellow Transtopian. However, as I was taking him out of the package, I noticed he was missing a rubber tire. I don't really have anything to trade aside from a Deadend head.

was he bought fromt he convewntion or from china initialy? ive noticed a lot of the ones bought from china are sub standard, mine had a few scratches and ive seen a few others with similor problems, it realy put me off importing them now,
