Hello all,

I wanted to get some opinions on G1 Overlord. This figure has been an interest of mine for some time now, and is considered to be a G1 holy grail by many collectors. Before I take the plunge though, I wanted to get some feedback from people who actually own the figure or are knowledgeable on the subject with a few questions that follow.

1. How much is too much? I've seen this figure go for anywhere from $350 to over $1000 in various levels of condition and completeness of course. Personally, I like my G1's MIB (not MISB) so they can be taken out and displayed, with intact blister/foam inserts and complete with all accessories and paper work (instructions, sticker sheet, decoder, catalog and order form). Unused sticker sheets or sealed paperwork baggies are great too. I know an Overlord in this condition would cost a pretty penny.

2. Durability. I've heard that the clips that hold the Powermasters in place can break quite easily.

3. KO's. With the general price of admission on this figure it's understandable one would be wary about buying a KO instead of the real McCoy. I'm aware of an Overlord with Star Saber's head but that's about it. Are there other known KO's out there and if so what are the tells?
