Using Bondic on Gold Plastic?

Postby Aru » Tue Mar 14, 2017 12:24 am

I'm curious if anybody ever tried this? I am just talking about sealing cracks on figures and if the plastic will be alright with it. Is there some way the bondic would like eat away at the gold plastic? I don't have much experience and I don't want to mess up an expensive toy.

Motto: "The only good is knowledge, and the only evil is ignorance."
If it works on any other plastic, or if it doesn't have acetone, it should be safe on Gold Plastic as well. What toy are you trying to fix?

I have a crack on a Bristleback and am hoping I can nip it in the bud before it becomes a real issue.

Weapon: Battle Blades
I've considered trying it but haven't followed up on the thought. Might be worth it to find a cheap junker with GPS to try it out on first!
