Scout Arcee, Signal Flare, Strongarm, Skyblast, Hardtop, etc. etc... are these redecos existent in the new universe canon?

doubt it, they don't fit visually and there already is an Arcee in movie canon. Hardtop supposedly caused BB's voice problem according to his bio, but I think megs has that honour.
