Mine is currently Transformers Cybertron leader Optimus which im working on with a friend but i thought it'd be interesting to see everyone else's. All I need is the 3 missiles theright wing the handheld ion blaster and the cyber key

I wouldn't call it a "Project from Hell" but piecing together a G1 Scorponok would have cost me less if I'd just found a complete one.

Fair while back so can't really remember.

I did get lucky in that I got the bulk of him (particularly Zarak and the helmet plus most of the weapons) so I just had a few pieces to track down. The worst one of all was one of Fasttrack's little guns. Those buggers aren't cheap.

I have the Star Wars/Transformers crossover Luke Skywalker as a X-Wing,and it broke in a way I had to choose between preserving him in the vehicle mode or robot mode(I chose robot mode.The failed attemps until I reached this conclusion were very frustating.

My next repair project right know is Battle Blade Bumblebbe,whose neck has broken.I already posted a topic about this earlier,but basically,I'm trying to keep him with the ability to transform,while to figure out how to connect the neck the head main body.
I also have the Revenge of The Fallen Rampage and Dead End that need repair,but I don't how I would do it.

I haven't actually started any aside from looking for parts on eBay, but if anyone could help and tell me where else to look, I'd appreciate:

- RiD 2001 Optimus Prime/Fire Convoy (missing a couple missiles and that small gun that stores in the cab)
- BW Optimal Optimus (turret a victim of GPS)
- Star Wars Crossovers Darth Vader/TIE Fighter (...this one I might need to replace outright, honestly, I can't even begin to tell where it isn't broken. Mostly the wings, though)
- Claw Jaw (left arm)
- BM Deluxe Optimus Primal (energy star)
- Battle Unicorn (pauldron where the spark crystal is)

There's probably more, but those are the immediate ones that come to mind.
