How to make Ironhide's leg joints tighter?
I'm sure some of you also have this problem with Voyager Ironhide - his automorph legs are abnormally loose and feel like they're going to fall off; one nudge and they move in one direction. someone, anyone, please, please tell me how to fix this. They are the only fault on a movie toy I LOVE alongside my other Autobots; help me make him stronger!

Go exchange another 1. I had 3 Ironhides and the automorphs are not loose at all. BTW pull down the feet, not the heel. The heel will only hamper the automorph.

Hm. Is there any way of fixing it other than exchanging?

Afraid not Raymond101.
It's a problem many movie toys will face, especially in later years. Unlike many joints which have a work around to re-tighten, or at least stabilise them, the automorph does not.
Since it is gear teeth based, once a figure gets "loose" it will stay that way, unless of course you take the entire automorph apart and apply clear nail polish or something similar to every gear tooth, without over doing it, so that the teeth can still turn.
My Ironhide has fairly good automorphed ankles, but I dont see them staying good forever.
Worst comes to worst, leave Ironhide in alt mode...
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

Now is it his actual ankle that are loose or his leg joints?
For me his feet are good but his thigh joints are kinda loose. His whole leg will swivel far too easily.

Only if you want him to stay in robot mode forever and ever.
The whole Automorph system runs on moveable gears. Supergluing object that are meant to move has never been a great idea.

It seems to be the path to a lesser evil. Unless there was some other solution but this seems to be the only way to protect poor Ironhide right now
