Damn skippy. I had the forsight to buy a couple extras, and they paid for most of the rest of my Classics collection, not unlike CP here.
Check out my sales thread, plenty of Generations, and Reveal the Shield figures for sale!!

Yeah, I missed like 90% of the Classics v.1.0 series. I only ever got Astrotrain and Megatron, never had the money for the rest. I picked up most of the Cybertron line since I adored it so much, and when Classics came around, my wallet was finished. Besides, I never had much interest in it since it was just more G1 stuff. I do regret not getting Starscream though, since I could use a decent SS in my collection.
Bumblebee was also on my wish list, but he's so small, I couldn't justify paying 20$ Canadian for him.

I feel your pain.
The only Classic I own is Bumblebee. I hope Tomy/Takara does a release of the Classics with better paint apps.

I'd just really like to have the classics SS to display with the upcoming USA MP SS. I did get the Skywarp/UM classics so I'll have my Skywarps together when the MP version is released. Going to try one more place today. If they're there, I'll buy extras and let you know.

picked up all the classics when they came out and don't regret it one bit. Really wish I had some extra cash to pick up a few extras to sell now since they seem so hot.
Going to have to adjust my spending for Universe I have a feeling that will also do well among collectors.

Starscream
I thought I would never get a Starscream Classics Figure, since I waited so long to go out and search, so for a while I regretted not getting one right from the start. I was lucky enough to find a bunch at my local Kmart, they were selling them for 9.49. I managed to finally pickup my Starscream classics figure, along with Rodimus, and Astrotrain, so if you go to your local kmart you might get lucky and come across Starscream, that day I came across 2 Starscreams, being selfish like I usually am , I bought both. One to open and put on display and the other to hold on to, mint in package. The only Classics I have are Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Mirage, Grimlock, Rodimus, Megatron, Constucticon Devastator, STarscream of course, and Astrotrain. All Im waiting for Hasbro to release to Release in September is the Walmart Exclusive STarscream Masterpiece figure..

I kept seeing it in stores. I held it in my hands 5 different times and each time I thought, "Ah I'll get it next time. I always see it." Then the day I decided I wanted to get it.. poof! No more classics anywhere.
Learned the hard way. When you see it, GET IT. It may never show up again. I had no idea they phased through these waves so fast. I took it for granted too many times and now they're gone and Starscream is 3 times what it should cost and is ridiculous!

Back when the Classics hit I wasn't collecting them. But everytime I went to a store I would look at the classics, when they were everywhere. Now that I got back into collecting I saw how much they were going for I regretted not picking up ol' SS. But thankfully I got him MOC last week froma fellow board member via a trade. So I didn't have to pay insane prices. However now that I have both Classic Starscream and Skywarp it makes me bitter at Hasbro about Thundercracker.
Oh and I was lucky enough to find Grimlock at WalMart about a month ago.

Silly billies. The universal rule is buy what you want when you see it, cos you'll probably never see it again after that.
I knew this well, so I own all but for four of the Classics. And those last few will be in my possesion within a month!

Actually, I've got six Starscreams, most of whom have been, or are being repainted or kitbashed into other characters (obviously Thundercracker and Skywarp are givens). Also have two Bumblebees (now Goldbug and fanchar Hardshell), Hot Rod, Megatron, two Voyager Primes (one being KBd), three Jetfires (two kitbashes), and Cliffjumper and Mirage I had to get at bumped-up comic book store prices.
I've never seen Astrotrain, Ramjet or Grimlock at all, which is an arse.

That's what happened to me and Alt Swerve. Now I'm bidding 60 bucks for him on ebay and losing! Moral of the story, when you see it, buy it.
I skipped the Cybertron line in favor of always having money for Classics and Alternators, and I skipped the movie line to have money for U.S. MP Starscream and Titaniums.
