G1 Star Saber or Ultimate Bumblebee?
I am planning on shelling out BIG bucks on Star Saber, until I see Ultimate BB in Wal Mart yesterday. He looked A LOT more appealing in person. So, which one should I get? Money does not matter at this point.

ss, the value can only go up.
ubb, on the other hand, has gotten kinda crap reviews. it shouldn't be hard to find in a few months on clearance, its the only thing on shelves here

I have a KO SS, complete deluxe w/everything. It cost me $30.
Nothing is broken, the stix are off a little, but hey, it was a h&ll of a lot cheaper than the orig.
I got it from Toyhell. You have to e-mail him to see if he has anymore in stock. But that's what I recommend.

Star saber hands down if you can find him.

Surely if you can spend $400 plus shipping on Star Saber, it won't be long until you have the $90 to pay for Ultimate BB.
Star Saber for me all the way, no question.

star saber FTW. you can get UBB on clearance someday.
besides, the way people are talking about it, UBB's kinda crappy, there's even a thread here talking 'bout how a guy regrets plunking down cash for the BB. talk about buyer's remorse.
heck, i don't think it even belongs to the transformers genre...more like a licensed movie product if you ask me.
but it ultimately (pun intended LOL) depends on what is your preference. if you're a G1 fan, then movie second, then it's a no-brainer. get SS.

That's only one guy and a few of the usual complainers. Visit all the different boards and you'll quickly see that Most people who got UBB like it. Amusingly, most of the bitching is coming from people who don't even own the toy (surprise, surprise).
