Tell me about movie voyager starscream.
Ive seen his regular version and repaint ALL over town and I'm thinking about getting him. So tell me if you like him. Initially, his chicken legs and non hands turn me off, but I could be swayed...

Starscream nice toy. G1 prettier than regular movie toy, but both look good. You don't have to bend the legs. Me keep mine straight because me like it better that way. Him look taller, and straighter that way too. Me like both G1 colors and Movie Starscream equally. Get both if you can, he make you happy. Thank you.

SS is one of those that grows on you, and does it quick. Once you are over the stick thin legs and the bulky bottom of alt mode, and start playing with him, you really appreciate it.
Here are some of his best features:
1. Automorph: cool, and not very fragile. you do have to be careful to follow the right sequence though, but it's one of those things that really deserve the word Automorph.
2. Arm cannons: I don't have too much issue with his fingerless hands. his cannons are the only toy I have that fire decently, as in distance. I also love the minigun effect when you roll him along in alt mode... cool! (my cat doesn't think so though)
3. Legs: thinness aside, i like the way they solidly lock with each click. They're not soft or bendy. In fact when you first take it out of the box you may find it too tight, in which case one or two clicks of a phillips head screwdriver should loosen it enough.
In order of the Voyagers, here's what I'd buy
1. Ironhide
2. Ratchet
3. Starscream
4. Blackout (if i'm paid)

Wow, who knew Grimlock himself would reply to your thread...?
:-?
I agree with the Dynobot, Voyager Starscream is pretty cool. Really wierd and alien looking robot form is pretty true to the movie. Some people rag on the alt mode, saying the jet is fat and clunky. While no one would say it's sleek, I don't think it's bad at all. His transform is moderately challenging, I like him.

You just like me. We both like pink Arcee motorcycle. She nice transformer. Starscream not have hands, and me not too happy camper about it too at first. Him have fingers that move up and down between his missile tubes that kind of make up for it. But design eventually grew on me, and now me still not thrilled, but not mind it so much. The rest of him look good. Very different and unique figure, and me like that. Heads are different, me like both the same. Me hope you like him. Maybe nice members post pictures of their Starscreams here too. That may help some. Me would, but me have crappy webcam, and no online pic hosting account. Me keep forgetting to fix that.

Starscream looks alright. His guns are fantastic
But his body looks just like a big triangular brick that has wires in it. If you are a Starscream fan... yeah you should get him. But other than that I'd say it is really your decision he is an average figure to me.
