Fav Cybertron Scouts?
I thought I'd pick up a few Cybertron scouts from Hasbro's site, but I was wondering if anyone would like to offer their expert opinions on the line. I know the general idea is, "get the ones you like," but what can a few thoughts hurt?

I think pretty much all the Cybertron Scouts were good. I'd recommend Hardtop, Swindle and Armorhide, but they're all pretty good. Probably the best part of the Cybertron line.

For anyone who hasn't seen Spotlight: Sledge (and why not?!), my gritty and dark fanfiction piece "Holiday" is posted here.

Ransack GTS, the awesome black/gold/white and translucent green repaint of regular red/black Ransack. Still my favorite of all Scout class figures of any line.

My favourite is Wreckloose (the little lizard guy). I don't know why, but he's just cool. He's distinctly different from all the other figures in the line.
Hardtop/Swindle are next for me and then maybe Armourhide. The rest are just so-so.

Armorhide is #1 in my mind... (So much so that I have both his Cybertron & Movie versions)
Hardtop's nice, but I like his
'Target-exclusive Sector 7 movie repaint' color scheme better than his Cybertron repaint... The rest I passed on.

I'm not out of my mind yet, but I like Backstop. I like him because he's unique, especially the way he transforms. He's not too posable though, so that could take away from him. But if you're looking for posability over uniqueness, then go with Armorhide. I also have Scattorshot, Ransack and Scrapmetal, and if you had to pick between those 3 I would go with Scrapmetal or Ransack.

There are so many good ones from that line.
My advice:
Armorhide (easily the best)
Brakedown GTS (GREAT Kup homage)
Hardtop
Clocker
Shortround
Lugnutz

Armorhide, boy is he cool!
I don't have all of them, but in comparison to;
-Brakedown(almost as cool, but not quite)
-Clocker (Don't like him at all)
-Lugnutz
-Scrapmetal
-Ransack GTS
Armorhide owns all of those.

Well, I nabbed Armorhide since he seemed to be a resounding "yes," and Scrapmetal. I think I'll save some monies in case the site restocks movie deluxes again, but if not maybe I'll go for Swindle and Brakedown GTS. Maybe Undermine...
