Is robot masters star saber still a brain master?
Was robot masters star saber still a brain master or did they change him for this version.

Wow no answer. I thought it was a pretty simple question but I guess it isn't.

Serpentor "I am the one born to rule and destined to conquer. Let those who fear me, follow me. Let those who oppose me, die."

Sort of, but not as much as the original. The original version had the Brainmaster fig, which formed the face of Sabre, then Sabre became the chest and head of Star Sabre. Sort of in the manner of Fort Max being a double Headmaster.
The Robot Master version is a lot smaller, and consists of just Sabre and the armour part. So he's still got the ability for Sabre to become the head and chest of Star Sabre, but Sabre himself doesn't have a Brainmaster of his own.

It's quite simple, really.
You're familiar with the original Star Sabre, right?
The little Brainmaster fig fits into Sabre's chest, then Sabre fits into Star Sabre's chest.
Well, the Robot Masters version works in basically the same way, except it misses out the little Brainmaster fig. Sabre still forms the head and chest of Star Sabre.

o.k. now I get it thanks I was looking at figure wonder if it was worth it. It sounds like it just might be worth getting both star saber and victory leo.

Just don't make the mistake of trying to get him to hold his sword on the actual sword handle. It snapps off like dry kindling. Use the smaller nib and you'll save yourself some hassle.
Also, don't expect any .... articulation or anything like that.
