I used to live in Hawaii and shopped there all the time bought most of my imported figures from them in fact I became good friends with one of the employees and he told me to never buy from the web site because they do not update regularly so it might say in stock but it might not be I would call before placing an order and call the Pearl Ridge store ask for Ryan and he will tell you what they got in stock they do handle special orders so even if it is not in stock they can probably find it I got a Grand Maximus from them for 500 Dollars but that was a once in a life time thing
Just remember call first then ask for Ryan and he will help you!

Generally, I hear nothing but bad things about ordering from Toys N Joys. When shopping in person, that's one thing, but there is very piss-poor management of the online store, with orders placed for toylines they don't even carry anymore or have insufficient stock, insanely-long shipping times, or products not being as described. All that, and they're generally overpriced anyway!
If you were ordering old Japanese Beast Wars figures, be very cautious with your order. If you were talking about the new BW Reborn figures, I'd worry a bit less if I were you.

Like I said I would call the Store. Just make sure you call the Pearl Ridge store the other store is where they base there internet sales but the sales people are kind of stupid. If you call the pearl Ridge store and ask for Ryan he is a big collector and will more then likely know what it is you bought. He is very helpful and will call the other store to straighten out your sale.

Just to back Toy n joys up. I only had one slow order. I dont now why it was slow, cus the game I bought would never go out of stock. But again, I never order any TFs from them.

I ordered once simply because the customer service and delivery time is better in many other places.
I ordered from them because they were the only site to sell the Cosmos type E-Divebomb (SL-Shadowhawk). It ended up working out okay, but took a bit of patience.

UPDATE: Ok I do have some good news.I talked to there customer service on Tuesday and they confirmed my oder had shipped but one item was out of stock and I would not be charged for it.Friday my packaged arrived I thought that was pretty fast considering I'm in Indiana and the package came from Hawaii.Everything was in order and all was in good shape. The funny thing is I also ordered on the same day from Hasbro toy shop and deepdiscountdvd.com and they still haven't arrived yet.I would probably order from them again but I will call first to confirm there stock before I order. Thanks for any info everyone contributed to this thread.
