In you opinion, what guns that come with Transformers actually look better without the missle in it?

The only one I can think of right now off the top of my head is Classics Grimlock. In addition to the missle being terribly generic, it's longer than the blade, and the gun looks so much better without that dumb missle.

Classics rodimus's gun looks better sans missile. As does all tf guns with flaming missiles.

Personally any figures past the original gen 1 series. The chrome missiles looked great and it was a shame when later series stopped using chrome.

Energon Optimus Gun looks alot better without the projectile, like in the the episodes.

I agree w/Redimus. The flaming missiles look terrible. Of note: Cybertron Crosswise & Smokescreen.

Cybertron Snarl's looks pretty bad too...

the only guns with missles i like are cybertron starscream and primus

The classics Seekers guns look MUCH better WITH the missiles, but they seem to be the only ones in the Classics I feel that way about. IMHO, if the missile is transparent plastic, they're not "missiles", they represent energy beams.

Have to say that RiD Prowl's an exception to this,
His launchers look pants with out the flames.

Armada StarScream's shoulder launchers look better w/out his RPMs tho.
