I still think BB is ugly painted black instead of being black plastic.

Plus since it's a retool, I feel almost justified in doing so.
I'm skipping the Savage repaint though.

That's exactly what I'm doing.

Both look really nice, and I'm surprised at how good Bumblebee looks in black - very sharp, and I love the battle mask (better than his normal head even!)

But the robot mode is awesome. I like to get a close up look of the battle mask. Is it detachable?
So Sparkplug turned from an oil rig expert into a salvage guy? Sheesh! Now that's a character for you.
Salvage looks quite good. It's painted! Advantage of a shiny realistic look. Disadvantage of flaking or rubbing off in the future.
Well, can't have your cake and eat it too.

That's not Hasbro pricing. BigBadToyStore is known to charge higher than regular price. Most often twice or more, if it's a hot item.

I might get him though, if nothing else for his head, and the beginnings of a cool Concept Camaro Knightrider KITT. Headless by that point.
Salvage looks horrid in those colors.
