This probably ties in with the end of Dawn of Future's Past comic of BotCon 2006. Here, the G1 Predacon subgroup is hinted at of being the founders of the Predacon faction.

Speaking of which, will it be a repaint of Leobreaker, Leo Prime or will it have a new head alltogether?

Unconfirmed reports are coming in of the next figure for the Botcon 2009 Wings of Honor set. This figure would, of course, be a bagged souvenir addition.

Pictures of the figure were found on TaoBao.com by Destro of TFW2005.com. The figure appears to be a repaint of Universe Leo Prime is in the color schemes of the Predacon Razorclaw. Could that be what the figure is?

Now if they would just supersize ALL of the Legends Class Team Leader repaints from the exclusive 5 pack we would really have a cool set to collect.
It's cool that they did this but I can't say as I didn't see something like this coming. This is Leo's what, 5th paint job now?
They should have done this 2 years ago.
It's still neat to see that finally got around to it even if it is only an exclusive that darn few of us can get.

Hasbro's not dumb (Not saying you implied or said that though), they're almost without a doubt gonna use the leo prime mold, because Razorclaw has a similar faceplate to prime, and that head mold is already pretty close to looking like his.

Actually Leo prime is a repaint of Cybertron Leo Breaker so who ever put the tag up on the news header is mistaken. Its a repaint of a Cybertron figure like most of the rest of this botcon set.

not really as leo prime is a remold of leobreaker not a straightup repaint so that puts it as a universe 2.0

You know that feeling you get when you have that brief flash of insight/enlightenment? I just realized why we get compared to Trekkies so much.

Seriously though, without the head shot how can you categorize whether it is a straight repaint (which should be like the 3rd or 4th) or a remold (which would make this the 2nd, right?) if you count only a different head sculpt as a remold. I think we need to see more pics. of thing.
