If all they do is release this figure with an extra Premium Painted Head.. then this figure would be perfect in my book, borderline Masterpiece..

Just an extra head Takara Tomy.. just one more little box within the figure's packaging with an extra Prime head for this toy.. that is all we ask.. just a Battle Masked version to go with the open face.. so we atleast have a choice.. come on!!
All Takara Tomy nee do is contact their factory there in China and have them produce a couple hundred thousand Prime heads with the mask on.. the ones that Hasbro has.. and ship them in the Buster Prime's Box!!

so here is hoping.. and preorder if you want this.. but bare in mind guys.. Hasbro has yet to release a Premium Prime or tell whether or not they are gonna do this buster version.. which may have the original Head sculpt..but in premium.. so who knows..I preordered mine..
they have until November to get an extra head in the Box.. let's us all hope that the Japanese Fans have heard our cries and are making takara Tomy rethink adding an additional head in the box for those fans to switch depending on their preference..

As he is pretty close to masterpiece quality, I wouldn't mind shelling out 90 bucks. If only he didn't have lips lol.

I'm 98% sure this will be in retail stores. It's basically another premium Optimus Prime. Let's just hope they keep the retail price at $44.99!

I don't think it's all about the mouth, but that is a big factor. It's also about the movie-accurate paint job(especially the shiny silver! :shock:

) and the awesome new gun. It's like, the perfect movie Optimus Prime. All it needs is a retracting face guard. I bet they'll do that for the third movie figure!

Because he's been named that by the Japanese. If he's brought over to the USA, I'm sure they'll change it to something a little more American
