Help identifying a toy?

Okay I just won this G1 lot on Ebay about a week ago, and I can identify everyone but the black car with the #66 on the side http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/1/0/7/7/ ... 747_tp.jpg I've looked everywhere but it's possible I missed him. Any clues? Thanks in advance.
