Voyager Blackout vs. 2-pack Blackout (w/Scorponok)

Postby WIIM » Sat Jun 02, 2007 11:05 am

Just got back from TRU... Which one should I have gotten? Is the 2-pack a TRU exclusive? Voyager is in copter mode, while the 2-pack has them both in robot mode... 2-pack was $5 more... They had more of the 2-packs than of the regular Voyager version. :???:

If it was the deluxe Scorp then yeah, should've gotten the two-pack if you're a completest/like Scorp. You'd end up saving like five dollars too.

Are the two Blackouts the same or are there any differences like in quality, detail or size?
We've only got the single voyager Blackout so far in the UK, and to be honest im not loving it. It needs to be much bigger. Makes no sense that Ratchet is bigger then Blackout

From what I could tell, it was the exact same Blackout. Voyager was in copter mode, and 2-pack was in bot mode. 2-pack included the deluxe Scorponok, while Voyager has a little dinky Scorponok. So does anyone know if this is a TRU exclusive?

I think it is. I know it was supposed to be an exclusive some where. Target for the Robovision prime and the Sector Seven repaints. Walmart got the Barricade/Bumblebee two pack.

It's a Toys 'R Us exclusive all right, and nothing more than a promotional combo pack. The toys are the same as the individually packaged ones. Same goes for the Wal*Mart exclusive Bumblebee vs. Barricade pack.

It's a TRU exclusive, and includes both the deluxe scorp and the dinky one that comes with the Voyager. There's no changes, but it's cheaper than buying them separately.

Weapon: Switch Blade Tail
I ended up buying both separately, because by the time I'd spend the gas to buy the 2-pack, it would've cost me more than the $30.00 I spent.

The feet are screwed on, you should be able to just swap it around.

Without a doubt a promo and an exclusive TRU product. Both figures are just repacks; nothing special about them. Saw plenty today next to FOUR RACKS of Optimash Primes..yet no other deluxe figures at TRU! Wow.
(Blackout needs to be bigger..pass it on..)

The feet on mine seem fine but i have the same problem with keeping it alt mode. If i push the nose into place the mid-section opens.
