whicj g1 transformers have a basemode?

hey everyone i'm just wondering which g1 fig has a cool base mode, kinda like optimus prime. does ultra magnus have one? also, how is metroplex's city mode in scale with other g1 cars? thanks!

*edit* Oh, and Metroplex is around 1\50th of the size he needs to be. In base mode he can look a bit little. But he does combine with the Scramble City leaders (Silverbolt, Hotspot, Motormaster, Onslaught)
