I've been searching eBay for the Rev Transformers and keep coming across some pretty cheap Hot Rods. Two I've recently looked at said

Condition:
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item (including handmade items).

What exactly are they saying by "handmade items" It's a KO?

I think it's a general statement put in the listing by ebay as a general option when you list an item. Just stating that the item is not broken.
