So I'm going to give voice to a conundrum that I've been having. I, like many others swarmed over the Botcon Scourge and Sweeps like ants on ice cream, only now to find out that they are now no longer the figs that best suit the role. When he comes in, I'm going to have United Scourge as Scourge, and three Generations Scourges as Sweeps. This begs the question, what should I do with the Botcon Scourge and Sweeps that I have (I have 6 sweeps)?
I looked through the Seibs Galleries and TFU.info for things that they could homage, but really couldn't find any that suited my tastes. I plan on putting one of the Sweeps into my Shattered Glass set as SG Scourge (who's colours are very close to Kup's) but other than that I don't know.
I don't want to sell them, just find a way to re-purpose some of them or re-homage them.
Any suggestions o brilliant Seibs members?

If you do displays you could totally have them in vehicle mode doing a flyover.

So, Unicron is a multi-dimensional being, right?
So, like Scourge, I have all of my different Nemesis Primes on the shelf area with the other minions of Unicron.
Just display the Botcon Scourge/Sweeps behind/around Unicron as other dimension Scourge/Sweeps that Unicron has brought to the G1 dimension to serve his bidding.
You could even have a sweep or two facing off since there would obviously be bit of competition and animosity between the two groups!

Sell sell sell - you'll get a good price for them as they are hard to find exclusives and you can use the extra cash to buy any new TFS (DOTM, Masterpieces, Generations when it re-starts) that you want.

I do this too. The difference being it's all my black Primes/Primals/Convoys and so on. They hang out with Energon Unicron AKA Black Unicron. The only other "minions" I have on that shelf is Armada Sideways sort of hidden behind his legs and the combined Mini-cons in the grasp of Unicron, trying to keep from being eaten.
As for Botcon Scourge and his Sweeps, I'm in that boat too. I'm thinking the Botcon figures can stay where they are with the other Botcon figures. I'm out of space in the Classics case now (Which is where all my FunPub Botcon figures are.) so I'm splitting the 86 movie cast into their own display anyway.

I feel sooooo lucky to have held off on the Botcon set. I suffered one of those stupid moments of buy now and second thought later. After getting Cybertron Sideways I came to actually hating that mold not to mention the crappy repaint of Ratbat. I hated it so much that I just gave it away. Then when the Botcon figs came out the new head sculpts made them all look much more appealing along with the nice paint apps.
One day I was super close to laying down the cash for Scourge and his minions over at my local shop but I had to stop for a second and think of my finances/budget at the moment. I had to change my mind and ask that they be put back under glass. It was clear to me now that I was not suppose to get the Botcon set and end up with the Generations/United release. So to those that got the Botcon set and are happy enjoy, but if you have doubts then sell or trade...'nuff said!

. Besides, I'm one of those fools who will possibly pay outrageous prices just to get hard to finds for my collection. I still feel wierd for paying 160 for the Punch/Counterpunch TCC exclusive.

- 3 Sweeps will remain a regular squadron
- 1 Sweep will become SG Scourge, while the regular BotCon Scourges will be SG Sweeps (i.e. their colors are switched)

Not how I do things. All of my figures are from the same universe, and thus intermingle with those on my shelves.
