This happened to me again last week when I found RTS Perceptor at a store after giving up and ordering him online for almost twice as much. Sigh.

Does this happen to anybody else?

I had the same problem with Animated Arcee. Generally the distribution here in San Diego is pretty crappy, but maybe a month or less after paying out the ass on eBay for it, it flooded the shelves. I'd say it's a lesson in patience, but there's been plenty of times I've completely missed out on a figure from waiting on it :\

I ordered a bunch of stuff from HTS last month. Still haven't come across any of it in retail.

Used to happen to me. Then I stopped looking and that seems to have solved the problem.

I buy my figs almost exclusively online these days. Saves me the time and money of hunting for them.
