Check out this auction, link courtesy of Draven of TFW2005.com, given the style of the vehicle mode, my guess is the FAB version:

His wrist gun. And since I have some time to spend, perhaps I'll go take a look at the Ratchet gallery to compare and contrast. The FAB looks ok.

Looks pretty bad, due to terrible shoulder/arms and lack of paintapps on the legs (might just be a prototype, though). Doesn't look like he has any knee articulation, either. I'm sure those joints on the knees are for the thighs to flip up.

Again, I gotta say I like the FAB toys better. Ratchet looks great.

Voyager Ratchet just makes me drool in want. Of all of the movie toys I have seen, him and Starscream are the oens I want to get my grubby hands on the most.

Really dislike the FAB figures, you're spending all that $$$ for a gimmick with a poorly made and designed toy attached.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

Why is it when I see this kind of crap, I think "shelf warmer?" Oh yeah, because parents aren't going to buy Johnny three versions of the same toy, no matter how much he whines. Movie coming out to support this line or not... it's a bad idea. Oh well!
