I just whet there, because I wanted to make a purchase.
(Looking around to see who's cheaper, you know?)
And their website is built backwards IMO.
I don't know if I need to sign up, if so, then were?
Also, how are they with shipping? The product they have that I want is 10 bucks cheaper, but I don't want to be gouged by shipping. Any words of advice?

Robot Kingdom is located in Honk Kong, So shipping is always more expensive unless you're somewhere over there. You pay through PayPal, so no real registration with them AFAIK.
The shipping is calculated for you based on Country, during checkout you can see how much its going to be at that time.
Other than that, basically all you do is add the item to cart via their button at the bottom of the item page, and then proceed to checkout via the link on the left column.

It depends on the size of the item. If it's something small like an Arms Micron figure, then you can expect to pay at least $15. Obviously more for a larger item or multiple items.
I paid $15.87 to ship Jet Vehicon which brought the price back up to what the domestic stores were selling it at.

I just got the price calculated for Transformers Prime Battle Shield Optimus Prime.
Comes to 21.99 to the US. so the figure ends up costing about 90 bucks shipped.
