So in another thread somebody mentioned a step in the transformation that's easy to miss, especially if you're like me and try to do it without instructions. the hip joint flips down lining the top of the legs better with the hips and giving him a little bit more height.

pardon the crude pics but I didn't want to get the good camera out. I think the point gets across.

Also I hated the back kibble created by the middle of the hood. After it accidentally popped off, I decided to try to put in on upside down and see how it looks. Much better in my opinion.
