Recently I came into the ownership of a factory sealed Machine Wars Starscream from '96-'97. I have some question about standard things, and some things that i'm not about in general.

First and Foremost, are the green missile variants more or less valuable than the grey counterparts.

Second what is the meaning of the printed Number on the Inner lid of the package. It is stamp that reads: C-181A972221

And third, I found a post-it note with the numbers: 2-8-11-4 inside the box
