Alucard sounds like 'a loo card', i.e. a card that grants access to toilets.
Anyway, vampires don't exist. They are based on people who had rabies and then went around biting other people. Some of those other people caught rabies too. Werewolves are probably also based on rabies sufferers, unless you believe legends of the 'Dog Man'.
