I would love to see this happen in the comics...gotta be a real good writer to do this. Good fight! Thanos wins. There is none more cunning than Thanos of Titan.

Thanos Curbs stomps at least 75% of the Marvel Universe. Apoc... he has trouble with the XMen alone.

Figure it would be hard fought, but I've got to go with Thanos. Apocalypse is a world threat, Thanos is universal.

Thanos. He's got better tech and more power. Apoc might have been alive longer but he's only been focused on ruling Earth.
