Batman vs the guy who can copy your moves just by watching you fight.

Batman has no time to prepare and has no backup. It's a straight up fight.

Taskmaster can't mimic Batman's utility belt or any of his gadgets. Think all Batsy has to to is toss a well placed Battarang and it's lights out for Taskmaster.
