Who would win Liege Maximo the father of Megatron and the Decepticons and ruler of the Cybertronian Empire versus the Shokaract the Decepticon Matrix carrying ruler of the Predacon empire in an alternate timeline

Shokaract calls his matrix the decepicon matrix, but seeing both autobot and decepticon were made by primus, and shok's matrix holds the essence of unicron I think it's a little miss leading.

LeigeMaximo is one of the original 13 made by Primus. He easily bested G2 Megatron, who easily bested Optimus Prime. I think Leige is a furman creation so his power would rival his rendition of Galvatron who is, "able to kill multiple Primes at a time".

Shokaract is the herald of Unicron, replacing Galvatron, and with holding his essence should be greater than the previous heralds. I'm thinking Liege is going down without the help of Primus or afew of his fellow 13 originals.

Liege Maximo never fought against "G2" Megatron, Jhiaxus did.

Now Liege Maximo did kill (a reborn) Megatron in one shot during "Alignment".

Liege Maximo could possibly be the strongest of the 13, seeing how he killed the first Prime (who was also a original).

And he is way more experienced with using his massive powers, especially when compared to Shokaract (who's pretty new at it).

And then there's the size matter:

Mind you, Rook is bigger then BW sized characters who fought Shokaract. Liege Maximo is possibly bigger.

So, he could pull it off.
