If we're talking about the cartoon, then Jazz. But if we're talking about the movie, then definitely Bumblebee.

In the cartoon they both sucked, but in the movie and I mean the one made in 2007 Jazz comes first Bumblebee second.

I like movie Jazz better, but the Bumblebee movie toys are better. I haven't seen the cartoon because I wasn't on planet earth then.
