G1 Prime hands down, doesn’t matter if it’s Optimus or Rodimus.

Movie Megatron had a gun strong enough to cripple Sentinel Prime but couldn't beat Optimus when Optimus was missing an arm and weaponless for a few seconds. So, yeah, G1 Optimus (or almost any version of Optimus) would win.
