These two are pretty evenly matched

Why won't you just let them fight their own clones?
I mean Rinox really is kinda like Wheeljack just he turns into a Rino instead of a Lancia.

If Wheeljack can make some successful weapons, he can beat Rhinox. Otherwise, Rhinox is physically stronger. Wheeljack is more intelligent, more skillful and faster. He already has some good weapons. I think Rhinox will lose because Wheeljack will shoot him first.
