if predator has "rules of engagement", i.e. cant attack banner, Hulk wins. he's near unkillable.

Do you think this is really a fair match? Hulk can survive a nuke; Predators die on a regular basis, usually because of normal "Puny" humans.

Ummm this is really no Match for Hulk. Unless Predators have some kind of Motherweapon on their mothership, that could devastate Hulk. Other than that, Hulk will smash predator, beat him Savagelly, Etc.
